I walked out of our small cabin, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin and the gentle ocean breeze rustling my hair. The sound of seagulls filled the air as I gazed out at the endless expanse of blue water. It was moments like these that I cherished, when the world felt so vast and full of possibility. I called out to Jenny, who was busy in the garden, tending to our medicinal plants. "Hey, I just saw a school of dolphins playing in the waves out there. You've got to see it!" Jenny wiped the sweat from her forehead and walked towards me, a look of excitement on her face. "Let's go take a closer look!" she said, grabbing my hand. We walked along the beach, feeling the sand between our toes and the sun on our skin. As we reached the water's edge, we spotted the dolphins, their sleek bodies gliding effortlessly through the waves. We watched in awe, mesmerized by their playful antics. As we stood there, I couldn't help but think about how lucky we are to have this life. To be surrounded by such beauty and wonder, with no distractions or interruptions. Just us, the ocean, and the land. It was moments like these that reminded me of why we made the decision to leave the world behind and start anew. I turned to Jenny, a question on my mind. "Hey, have you given any more thought to the idea of expanding our garden? I was thinking we could try growing some new crops, maybe some tropical fruits or spices." Jenny's eyes lit up. "Actually, I was thinking the same thing. I was looking at some seed catalogs online and I saw some amazing varieties of ginger and turmeric. I think they'd grow really well here." I grinned, feeling a sense of excitement and possibility. "That sounds amazing. Let's start planning and see what we can do."

I couldn't help but smile as Kevin's words brought a spark of excitement to my own thoughts. "I was just thinking about that too," I said, my eyes shining with enthusiasm. "I've been wanting to try my hand at growing some of those tropical fruits you mentioned. I think it would be amazing to have fresh mangoes and pineapples right in our own backyard." As we stood there, watching the dolphins play in the waves, I felt a sense of contentment wash over me. This was one of the things I loved most about our life on the island - the freedom to explore and discover new things, to try new ideas and see what worked and what didn't. "Let's start making a plan," I said, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. "We can research what kind of soil and climate the different fruits require, and see what we can do to create the perfect conditions for them to thrive." Kevin nodded, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he smiled. "Sounds like a great plan to me. And who knows, maybe we'll discover some new varieties or techniques that will make our garden even more amazing." I felt a surge of excitement at the prospect of exploring new possibilities, and I reached out to take Kevin's hand again. "I love it," I said, feeling the warmth of his skin and the gentle pressure of his fingers around mine. "Let's do it."
