The sun is shining bright today, casting a warm glow over our little island home. I'm sitting on the porch, sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee, and watching the waves roll in. It's moments like these that I'm grateful for our decision to leave the world behind and start anew. Jenny just walked out of the kitchen, a big smile on her face, and said, "I think I've finally figured out the perfect way to cook those potatoes we've been wanting to try." She's been experimenting with different methods in the microwave, and I've been... well, let's just say I've been a willing guinea pig. The memories of those experiments keep surfacing, don't they?
