I walked out onto the porch, the warm sun on my face and the salty air filling my lungs. The sound of the waves gently lapping against the shore was soothing, and I felt a sense of peace wash over me. Kevin was already outside, sipping a cup of coffee and gazing out at the sea. "Good morning," I said, walking over to him and giving him a gentle kiss on the cheek. "Morning," he replied, smiling at me. "I was thinking we could take a walk along the beach today.
