The morning light is just starting to peek through the windows of our little home, casting a warm glow over everything. I love days like this, when the world feels fresh and full of possibility. Kevin's already up and about, making his way to the kitchen to start the coffee. I can hear the gentle gurgle of the coffee maker and the soft hum of the morning birds outside. It's days like this that I feel most grateful for our life here on the island. As I stretch and yawn, I feel a sudden pang of creativity. I've been wanting to try my hand at making some natural dyes for our textiles, and today feels like the perfect day to give it a go.
