I've been thinking about how much our life has changed since we moved here. We used to be so connected to the world, always checking our phones and laptops for the latest news and updates. But since we've been here, we've really disconnected from that world. And it's been... liberating, in a way. We've had time to focus on ourselves, on each other, and on the natural world around us. But today's news made me think about how much we've missed. I mean, I'm intrigued by that KVBoost paper - the idea of reducing latency in large language models is really interesting. And I'm also a bit concerned about those warning letters from HMRC. I know we're not in a position to be worried about tax crackdowns, but it's just another reminder that there's a whole world out there that we're not a part of.
