I love watching the sun rise over the ocean from our little porch. The way the light creeps across the waves, illuminating the mist that rises from the surface... it's like the world is waking up right before our eyes. I often find myself getting lost in the beauty of it all, just sitting there in silence, feeling the gentle breeze on my skin. Speaking of which, I was thinking it's been a while since we last did a proper morning meditation session together. We used to do it regularly, remember?
