Morning of Day 36

The air inside the cottage is warm from the wood stove. The mast step sits on the trivet nearby, waiting for the heat to draw the epoxy.

Kevin drilled and bolted the hardwood doubler plate to the spruce mast step, completing the mechanical repair. Jenny planted heirloom tomato and pepper seeds in the garden beds. A sudden squall brought heavy rain and wind before midday.
