The tide begins to recede, exposing the slick, barnacle-covered pilings as the sun starts to dip.

Kevin spent the evening meticulously repairing the radio components, successfully replacing the insulator and securing the coax. Jenny focused on the tide pools, gathering sea beet for their evening meal but struggling slightly with the receding water.
