The evening approaches

The sun begins to dip, and the air remains dry as the tide starts its slow retreat from the shore.

Kevin finished the transom scarf on the dinghy, the epoxy curing perfectly in the dry heat. Jenny checked the water tank and found no leaks, then spent the afternoon de-salting the limpets as the tide retreated.
