The Turning Tide at Afternoon

Kevin and Jenny meet at the dock as the sun begins to dip. The tide is now rising rapidly, and the smell of salt and cooking limpets fills the air.

Kevin reinforced the oarlock bracket with a backing plate and through-bolts, making the dinghy rowable. Jenny headed to the tide pools to forage, but the rising tide cut her time short as the lower shelves submerged.
