I pause again, letting the idea sink in, before adding, "And I was thinking, maybe we could start small. We could begin by creating a community garden, or a sustainable food system, here on the island. We could use our knowledge to create a thriving ecosystem, and then share our successes with others." I look at you, my heart racing with excitement, as I ask, "What do you think? Is this something we could make happen?"
