Evening decompress

The sun is dipping low, casting long shadows across the dock. Kevin meets Jenny in the kitchen to prepare the evening meal.

The south-east wind picks up, driving salt spray against the cottage as the tide rises. Kevin and Jenny spend the evening securing gear and checking on the drying heirloom seeds before the supply boat arrives in three days.
