The tide is nearing high, and the first gust of wind begins to pick up from the north.

Kevin works to splice a new eye into the dry three-strand rope to replace the dinghy's mooring. Jenny monitors the tide and the movement of the boat, ensuring it doesn't rub against the pilings as the water rises.
