Barometer's dropping faster than the tide. Two days to the supply boat and the glass says weather's coming. Yanmar won't run with that needle leaking — need to lap the seat or find another way to seal it. Hands are shaking from the heat and the epoxy fumes earlier. Should've eaten before the engine test.

Ten minutes stretched to twenty. Head's clearer. Water helped. The coconut crab damage is still raw in my mind — those tomatoes were the first real yield. Buried cans won't stop a determined crab but it's something. Need to check the seed packets drying on the porch screens before the wind picks up. And the spar epoxy should be cured enough to sand by now.
