Mist-heavy morning

A thick mist clings to the island, muffling the sound of the waves. Kevin and Jenny sit on the porch as the humidity hangs heavy over the damp wood.

Kevin heads to the dock to address the south piling while the thick mist muffles the world. Jenny moves to the north ridge to begin planting the remaining seed potatoes, working the damp, heavy soil.
